Hurlingham Round 2

October 11, 2017 | FP Strategist

Have you checked out the Players page since yesterday’s matches? That’s where you will find all the info you need about how the players are performing and who you should be looking at for your line up. The players are ranked in order of their total Fantasy points. Remember that some players have played 2 matches while others only 1 so if your player is low down the list don’t despair. Although you should be looking at the Fixtures page to maximise your point scoring opportunities it is worth looking at the AVG.?MATCH column on the Players list which will show you how effective your players are and what they are likely to get you per game.

After the second round of Hurlingham which included 4 matches, it is Guillermo “Sapo” Caset of Alegria who is leading the pack, not just on overall points, but on average points scored per match, having scored 32 in his first match and then a huge 51.75 in his second game. At just $24k he is currently the key to a big point scoring team. He takes up less than his quarter share of your budget and for now is worth every dollar and more scoring you 3.49 points for every dollar.

Alejandro Novillo Astrada also had a great day yesterday and despite a slow start with just 14.25  points, his performance yesterday sees him ranked 2nd. Not the secure pick that Sapo is, but at $14k he is $10k cheaper and may well prove to be worth the risk.

Although lower down the ranks having only played 1 match compared to many others Nicolas Pieres had a stellar game yesterday for Ellerstina, earning 41 points by scoring 6 field goals. He is a top pick for this week as part of the Ellerstina foursome he has the potential to go far and earn you plenty of points for a small(ish) price tag.

Hilario Ulloa and Diego Cavanagh have both had 2 solid games, scoring between 21 and 28 it both matches.
